Today I was invited to go and meet my future dean in the Marillac Auditorium. I knew that it was going to be bad because I had no idea where the hell this place was. So after my English I went around asking everyone where it was. Some people were able to help while others had no idea what they were talking about. I thank all those for their help.
That's wasn't the only problem. The Deans started the program by introducing themselves and they came off kind of strict and mean. I don't know about you guys but when I hear the word "Dean" I think of restrictions and plain old mean people. (No offense but that is the way that I feel) Then after they had all introduced each other they began talking about all of the curriculum that was needed to enter the school of business. This is where my day went right down the drain.
They told me that in order to graduate in May of my senior, twelve to fifteen credits a semester will not be enough to graduate on time. Indeed, a have to take eighteen credits a few semesters before I graduate. I don't know how I'm going to do this because I struggle with only fifteen credits. That's going to be hell but I'm going have to do it. After that they mentioned all the classes that I need to take by the start of my junior year in order to start taking classes in my major. This basically brings me to the fact that I have to take a couple summer courses in order to graduate on time. I wish that they would let us know this stuff beforehand, because my schedule is going to have to change after all the information that I have received from these people.
